Nestled in the heart of the countryside overlooking the North Sea, we completed an extensive conversion of two Holkham cottages to create a substantial detached property in an idyllic location.
The property consist of a mix of materials including Norfolk flint and authentic pan tiles. We kept the architectural details to maintain the charm and character of the building.
whilst the increased footprint of the new property houses an impressive basement, used as a wine cellar and gym. Norfolk boasts diverse styles of architecture, especially amongst the pretty villages situated along the coast.
