We have just been announced as county of Norfolk winners within the ‘Residential Build’ category of the UK Property Awards, for our latest project in North Norfolk.
Judged by an independent panel of over 80 industry experts chaired by Lord Caithness, Lord Best and Lord Thurso. The UK property awards recognise excellence in design, quality of workmanship, innovation, originality and commitment to sustainability.
With 2020 marking the launch of a refreshed Grocott & Murfit brand identity along with the conception of our Building Norfolk community outreach programme, the award comes at the end of a year which none of us will forget in a hurry! However with our business continuing to go from strength to strength it highlights the dedication of the exceptional and highly specialist team that we have in place.
Jody Murfit, who has project managed the build said ‘This project has been wonderful to bring to life and really does showcase our specialist knowledge of working with both traditional and innovative build materials and techniques’. ‘It is also fantastic to work on a property that has a highly sustainable design, one which helps to minimise the environmental impact, something we are also committed to achieving through Building Norfolk and our M & E team who provide the very best energy efficient solutions across the county’.
