The project scope included: new build, renovation, heating, plumbing, electrics & lighting, landscaping, bathroom and kitchen design and installation, in addition to other intricate additions with bespoke joinery including the library, office, utility room, doors, windows, staircase and flooring.
Our clients brief, was clear for the need to incorporate sustainable solutions into the project and the finished project includes a fully functional plant room, with district heated biomass boilers, a commercial PV array, Sonon batteries and car charging points.
The property also benefits from a natural swim pond.
