Grocott & Murfit is an exceptional, values driven construction business, with an award winning team, based in the heart of North Norfolk. We offer our clients a complete building service from design to completion incorporating the latest products and eco-friendly technologies combined with best industry practices, to deliver outstanding results.
We believe our strength lies in our unique approach to partnership and our passion for the local area, two common themes that came together in 2007, when we established our business. Daniel's background in Architectural design and Jody's passion for building, have in combination, over the years created a vast portfolio of award winning projects to be proud of, along with many happy clients.
Community is at the heart of what we do - we are so much more than just a local builder, we are a local builder with a purpose, we care deeply about the communities where we live, work and build. We bring this to life via our community initiative Building Norfolk. We believe that exceptional projects, deserve exceptional builders, but we don’t just build homes, we help build communities and most importantly, we do it together.
Since we began in 2007, we have proudly built a specialist team including expert architects, project managers and quantity surveyors, each and everyone, of our team are an integral part of our continued success. Building Norfolk underpins our core values and is fundamental to our workplace culture. Our employees are all actively engaged in the programme and promote it in varying forms.
We are never phased by a project - we love visualising and creating a new build, but equally relish the opportunity to be able to breath new life into an existing property.
We established our community support programme ‘Building Norfolk’ with a purpose and we commit a % of our profits each year, to support the individuals and places that make up our communities, when they need it most - protecting the community concept and ethos for the future generations who call Norfolk home.
