Grocott and Murfit have extensive experience in all forms of refurbishment from minor repairs to conversions and completely refurbished properties.

Grocott and Murfitt Builders built a single-storey extension for us in 2011.

They produced the design for the planning application as well, and used the design software to illustrate what several alternative designs would look like, which was extremely useful in making the final choice. Taking into consideration the cost implications of alternative designs they made helpful suggestions to improve the design.

They kept to the price quoted, with no extras, and to the agreed building schedule. Their workers were friendly, considerate and courteous throughout. They responded promptly to queries, and quickly remedied minor faults.
