Designed for Exceptional Energy Performance
Constructed using a highly insulated timber frame, Orchard Lodge, combines traditional building techniques with cutting-edge sustainable technology. The property boasts a traditional roof structure with integrated photovoltaic solar panels, a full MVHR system, and triple-glazed windows, all contributing to outstanding energy performance. The lodge achieved an EPC rating of ‘A’, underscoring its efficiency and environmental credentials.
Acoustic performance was also a core priority, with the build successfully passing targeted acoustic testing, ensuring a peaceful and serene interior environment.
Beautifully Crafted Outdoor Spaces
Our involvement extended beyond the building itself. Grocott and Murfit, delivered the landscaping, patio areas, block paving and hedging, creating an elegant and cohesive exterior setting that complements the lodge’s architecture.
